TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.

I. GENERAL TERMS

1. Please write in a clear and acceptable manner.
2. Provide neat references.
3. DO NOT send me bunch of random anime reference
4. Send the details of your idea in point form (preferably)
5. Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs._{If you fail to follow the TOS provided I have the right to decline your commission.}

II. PAYMENT

I use Paypal only! It is the most reliable international transfer service I have used so far1. Commissions require to be paid in full
2. The currency accepted is USD
3. Refund only available if the commission at sketch phrase ( see No.6 )Rush/Priority commissions are an additional 25-50%. Please let me know if you have a deadline before orderingRush Order will be charge according to:
1. 25% for 7-14 days week of deadline
2. 50% for 3-7 days of deadline_{Note: It is depending on the complexity and availability}

III. PROCESS & DELIVERY

1. WIPs will be provided during certain phrase to inquire some feedbacks2. I will notify you when I have started on your commission and you, therefore, lose the rights to a refund (see point 6 further below for more info on refunds)3. The amount of reviews depends on the complexity of the work.
During the reviews, you will see work-in-progress and these images will usually include a watermark and be smaller than the finished piece.4. The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 3 months depending on many factors such as;
- Health
- Order of commission
- Complexity
- Work
- School
- Family issuesIf any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified asap.

IV. REVISION/CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

1. I will do everything I can to make my customers happy.

2. You get 3 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece included in the price.3. However after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made.
- Such as small coloring/marking mistakes.4. Any great changes will come with an extra charge.5. Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.6. If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without EXTRA charge.Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.

V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

I, the artist, hold full rights to the produced drawing.I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
- Promote myself in any place or site.
- To display it anywhere to my liking.
- Post it wherever I want.However:
1. If the commissioner are not comfortable with said matter, I abide to your request
2. I will ask for your permission if I going to stream it live in on twitch/youtubeThe commissioner are allowed to:
1. Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise
2. Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
3. Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.For streamers, you allow to:
1. Use the artwork on their stream channel or in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.
==i.e: sell as a merch, distribution as digital poster, etc ==2. If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every rights you own to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright infringement:
1. Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it as main earnings)
2. There is certain exception which will be stated privately
3. Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
4. Removing any watermarks/signatures.
5. Altering the artwork without the artist's consent.A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 100% of original price.
1. The quality of the artwork will be differ from regular commission (printable quality and format)
2. With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.
3. Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.
4. Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.

VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist if you agree to proceed with 2nd stage (completion stage)

I am allow to cancel your commission if:
1. ghost me during the working process
2. Being rude, overly demanding, display of unmannerly behavior
3. Overly entitled to everythingYou allow to request for cancellation if:
1. Inform the artist beforehand before proceed to 2nd stage of commission
2. Provide valid and acceptable reason for cancellationIf you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.1. The requested chargeback will be decline and I will deliver Paypal all the agreements are made between me and you
2. You will be forbidden to ever commission me
3. Your name will be publicly posted everywhereBroke the said TOS will automatically give me every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me and profit further from the commissioned artwork in any way I see fit^{Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.}
